Data in the Marketplace is processed according to the Marketplace Terms of use. Regarding personal data, please note:

• A limited amount of personal information (name, email address) about our users is collected in order to provide them with our content and services. Data can also be used by the administrators to contact the user in case of inquiries or issues concerning the Marketplace operations.
• Sharing or disclosure of this personal information is restricted only to the Marketplace administration needs or to comply with applicable legal requirements.
• The personal data is stored in IMT Transfert's secure infrastructure, TeraLab, located in French territory and will not be transferred outside of these premises.
• Users have in particular the right to access, rectify, erase, data portability, restrict processing, object, and consent withdrawal regarding any personal data concerning them. They can exercise this right by contacting the data controller at the aforementioned address or to the email contact@teralab-datascience.fr.
